1Sale is the 1 stop shop for the best deals on items consumers truly want and need. Built solely off the power of spectacular discounts, 1Sale has delighted its consumers with high quality jewelry, electronics, housewares and more since its founding in 2007.

How it Works
Daily Deals, Hot Deals, and Community
Daily Deals are exclusive deals we curate daily just for our 1Sale Fans. These deals are posted at 12:00 AM (EST) and generally last for a 24 hour period, or while the quantity lasts. You snooze you lose. If it was a popular item, it just might be featured again….so stay tuned.
Hot Deals are the hottest deals from around the web. They run until the retailer’s stock has depleted or the pricing has increased. Be sure to check back often for truly triumphant finds.
Community tab offers money saving tips, fun news, & free contests to win cool stuff.
Sell offs feature a new retailer’s deal every 30 minutes for 30 minutes, quantities are limited and these deals go fast.
I like a deal – how do I get it?
Just click on the “Click Here For Deal” button and you will be redirected to the retailer’s website. There you will be able to add the product to your cart and complete your purchase.
What condition are products in?
The items we showcase on 1Sale are either new, refurbished, or pre-owned which allows for even greater savings. We try our best to note the item’s condition in the title if it is anything other than “New”. If you don’t see the condition or are unsure, the retailer’s website will most likely have the condition of the item listed on their site.
How is the List Price determined?
The List Value is a price that 1Sale.com found that the same or a comparable product would go for at other retailers. The List Value generally represents the prevailing price at retail, but doesn’t indicate the lowest price available anywhere.
Do the products featured carry a warranty?
Each retailer carries different warranty policies for different products. While most are covered under a limited warranty, the exact length of the warranty can generally be found on the retailer’s product page.

What payment options do I have?
1Sale does not process payments. All payments occur on the retailer’s website. Each retailer may accept different forms of payment. Most accept PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.
How can I check my order status?
Unfortunately, your purchase is made on the retailer’s website and we do not have access to your order. You can check your order history by visiting the website of the retailer you purchased from. Feel free to contact us via Support@1Sale.com if you need further assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please contact the retailer immediately to request cancellation.
Why do I have duplicate charges on my credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, 1Sale did not process your payment. All payments occur on the retailer’s website. Therefore we have limited knowledge as to the charges themselves.
NOTE: The most common cause of duplicate charges on a card will occur when clicking the “confirm” or “purchase” button more than once. If you see more than one charge on your card, check your order history on the retailer’s website. If you do not see more than one order listed, the second charge is what is known as a “Verification Hold”.
Most “Verification Holds”, or AVS, occur when a bank or credit card company’s files list an old address on your account. When this happens, the bank often puts a hold on the card, which should be released within 3-5 business days.
How can I pay fora deal with my prepaid debit card?
Most retailers requires a verified U.S. billing address. By default, most prepaid cards do not have an address associated with them. You must contact your card provider to add a verified address to your prepaid card. The number to call to associate your address with your card is typically located on the back of the card.
What are my shipping options? Where do you ship to? Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?
The shipping options vary depending on the retailer of the deal. 1Sale does not control the shipping of your purchase. Please see the retailer’s website for additional information.
How long will it take to receive a shipment?
The amount of time it takes to ship an item can vary for each deal. Generally, the estimated shipping time can be found on the retailer’s product page or during the checkout process.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Certain retailer’s require the Ship To Address be the same as the Billing Address. In those cases PayPal would be your best bet.
My package is missing
Got home and your package was missing? Check with your neighbors and anyone who may have received the package on your behalf. If you cannot locate it, please contact the retailer directly for assistance. If you need additional assistance please feel free to Contact Us.
What is the return policy?
Please check with the retailer you made your purchase from. Each retailer has a different return policy.
TIP: When contacting the retailer directly, be sure to include the following:
- Order number
- The product you wish to return
- Specify reason for return
- All original packaging if the product has been opened
- Would you prefer a refund or an exchange
How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
This depends on the retailer you purchased from. As a general rule, once a refund has been issued you should see it reflected on your account within 3-5 business days. If 5 business days have past and you do not see the refund reflected on your account, we suggest you contact the retailer directly for further assistance.
