Troubleshooting & Notes: How to troubleshoot if the screen freezes when playing content using YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, etc.? 1. Press the remote\'s Back button to exit playback and select another video. If playback resumes, the issue is with that specific video source. Switch to another video. 2. If other videos also freeze, the network may be the cause. Troubleshoot your network. 3. If remote buttons (e.g., Back/Home) don\'t respond, the projector may be frozen (rare). Long-press the Power button to shut down, or unplug then replug the power cord to restart.
