1. Battery is not fully charged
(Make sure the solar panel is able to direct sunlight and charge efficiently.)
2. Dirty solar panel
(A dirty solar panel will not allow the battery to full charge. Please clean regularly with a cloth.)
3. The ON switch is not to the “”ON””position when you charge.
(Push the ON/OFF switch to the “”ON”” position when you charge during the day.(Make sure charge in sunlight about 8-10 hours.)
