Return Policy


Did you make your purchase from 1Sale or another retailer?

If you left the 1Sale website to make your order, please check with the retailer you made your purchase from. Each retailer has a different return policy.

TIP: When contacting the retailer directly, be sure to include the following:

  • Order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Specify reason for return
  • All original packaging if the product has been opened
  • Would you prefer a refund or an exchange

If you purchased directly from 1Sale

We offer a 30 Day Returns on the majority of our deals. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, due to our crazy prices, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In the rare case that a deal has a different return policy, it will display those terms on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition/packaging you received it in.

To complete your return, find your return number on your account page or your order confirmation email. Enter the email address you used when making the purchase and the order number into the form on the Returns page. Follow the prompts to print your shipping label and make your return. If you encounter issues, please contact us and include the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for Return

Please ensure the item is packaged as it was received with all original, unused contents.

The Return Authorization is valid for 10 days. Please ensure you ship your item back to us promptly.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own Return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to print a mailing label from 1Sale to ship your return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

While our mailing label is not required, if you use another method, we do encourage you to use a form of tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Supplying us with this tracking number will ensure we can properly verify that the order was received to our Fulfillment Center.

**Do not send your purchase back to us without Return Approval. Doing so may result in no refund being processed.**


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval (or rejection, if applicable) of your refund.

Once the inspected return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items

Certain items, marked as Final Sale will not be able to be returned or refunded unless the item arrives defective.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find be notified of your return.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.

If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, BUT your local post office can definitely give you more information.

If you don’t believe a delivery was made, please follow the instructions on the appropriate Proof of Non Delivery Form (below) and submit it to [email protected].

Return/Refund Exception:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (no refund will be give).
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
